The existing roof was a Wind Vented Roof System that had been out of warranty for several years.  There were numerous leaks throughout the entire roof and as a result, the underlying gypsum deck was getting damaged.  Roof replacement was the only option.

The Wind Vented Roof System was removed down to the underlying smooth surface built-up asphalt roof.  A Carlisle Sure-Weld” Fully Adhered 115mil Fleeceback TPO Roof System was installed directly over the built-up roof.

The owner was issued a 20 year manufacturer’s NDL warranty from Carlisle.
