Existing Condition:
The existing roof was a fully adhered EPDM roofing system. The roof was in extremely poor condition and was leaking for many years.
Options:
#1: Remove the existing roof assembly and install a new roofing system of choice.
#2: Install a premium Duro-Last roofing system over the existing roof system.

200,000 sq ft
Scope of Work:
All saturated insulation was removed from the roof and new insulation was installed. A Duro-Last Mechanically Fastened roof was installed using 50mil white PVC. All new flashings were installed along with a new non-penetrating metal edge. All work was covered by a manufacturer’s 15 year NDL warranty that included coverage for consequential damages.
