The roof was extremely old and the built-in gutters were leaking for many years. In most areas, the built-in gutters were falling off of the house.

• Remove the existing roof and built-in gutters
• New plywood was installed on the entire house and new soffits were framed out in place of the built-in gutters
• A new GAF Timberline roof was installed along with new aluminum fascias and new 5” gutters and 2” x 3” leaders
